DAY3：上日乌且（4340m）-垭口途中（4700m）-两岔河营地（3900m）
徒步路程：21公里
徒步时间：9个小时
海拔上升：360米
海拔下降：800米
早上起来一看，白茫茫一片，昨天晚上下了一晚上雪，有点担心今天路迹不明显，吃完早餐还在下雪，全副武装出发。沟里的云雾一会儿就飘上来了，能见度就几米，加上风很大，
速干+毛猴+排骨羽绒都还觉得冷嗖嗖。今天整个队伍的状态都不错，可能适应了高海拔徒步，无奈雪太厚，马夫扎西说马翻不过垭口，让我们下撤，最后止步于观看勒多漫因冰川的观景平台。
原路返回到上日乌且营地，简单吃点路餐又继续下撤到两岔河营地。两岔河营地有扎西自己的小木屋，所以我们又愉快的住进了小木屋，烧火烧茶，围着火炉聊天嗑瓜子，而此刻外面风雪交加～

DAY4：两岔河营地（3900m）-格西草原（3600m）-老榆林（3160m）
徒步路程：23公里
徒步时间：10个小时
海拔下降：740米
下了一晚上雪，夜里又噼里啪啦下了好几次冰雹，早上打开小木屋的门，果然又是银装素裹。
吃完早餐出发，漫步在白雪世界里，熟悉的感觉又回来了
下午四点徒步到老榆林，在扎西家稍作休整，然后扎西开车送我们去泡天然温泉，泡完温泉感觉整个人都活了过来，哈哈～
晚餐是扎西老婆做的炒菜，喝了半杯白酒，安稳的睡了一个好觉。

DAY5：老榆林（3160m）-雅哈垭口（4568）-子梅垭口-（4600m）中子梅村（3400m）贡嘎寺（3750m）-子梅村（3280m）
徒步路程：15公里
徒步时间：5个小时
海拔上升：1440米+350米（徒步）
海拔下降：1200米+470米（徒步）
5：30起床，联系的司机6点来接我们去子梅村，路程漫长的一天，先经过折多山、雅哈垭口、子梅垭口、最后下到中子梅村。上子梅村可以直接往左边，一路原始森林徒步到贡嘎寺，贡嘎雪山害羞的一直躲在云后面不肯出来，去贡嘎寺看望了住在庙里的大叔，才得知寺庙右边房子全部垮掉了。在寺庙里待了一会儿，绕到贡嘎寺后面拍拍照就开始下撤到中子梅村。一路走走停停，到中子梅村天已经变黑了。

DAY6：子梅村（3280m）-巴旺海（3100）-烂碉楼（2960m）-草科乡（1500m）-成都（500m）
徒步路程：12公里
徒步时间：3个小时
海拔下降：2900m
早早的起床收拾，今天又要坐车去到巴旺海徒步起点，又要徒步到烂碉楼，然后还得赶到草科吃午饭再赶回成都，也是挺赶的一天。
巴旺海这个康东地区海拔最低的海子，雪山和和湖水融为一体，早晨的光影简直美爆。不到十二点就到了烂碉楼，坐上提前联系好的车去到草科乡，美美的吃了一顿草科一鸡三吃，然后出发回成都。然后为这次贡嘎环线画上了略有遗憾的句号。
