今天天气好到爆棚，蓝天白云加上一路开满各种野花的高山草甸，这种徒步感受简直不要太好，中间有时候还有信号，累了停下来拍拍照和朋友聊聊天，一路走走停停到也感觉不到累了。因为怕前面没有水源，所以在下午5点，看到一棵树营地时就在开满野花的草地上扎营了，还有一个原因是大家想多看一会儿格聂冰川，快天黑时还幸运的看到了一大片彩云。

DAY3：一棵树营地（4100米）-热梯河谷营地（4180米）
徒步路程：13公里
坐车路程：8公里
徒步时间：5个小时
坐车时间：1个小时
海拔上升：280米
海拔下降：200米
营地出发后会先下降到3900米公路上，然后一直沿着公路走到热梯河谷营地，不过不建议走这一段，公路走着确实很无趣。建议一棵树营地拔营后可以向上切到山脊线上走。
8点左右出发，到公路上差不多10点钟，有点太阳就赶紧拿帐篷出来晒，大家都不想走公路，本来想叫摩托车带我们去营地，要价太贵就作罢了。吃点东西又继续沿着公路往前走，最后离热梯最下面的营地还有6公里谈妥了一辆摩托车拉我们去营地，然后乌龙事件来了，我们和他说的营地压根不是一个地方，我们的营地还得往前走7公里左右，然后他就不肯走了，说这个地方就是热梯营地，没有办法，我们就只能在这里下车，幸好后面的队友也搭上了车过来，我们把大包都给她们带着，结果她们不会看轨迹，活生生被司机带偏到半山腰下车，然后8个大包又没有办法往下带，我们轻装徒步到营地后没见着她们人，又叫了两辆摩托车骑着去找她们。最后终于赶在下雨之前到了营地扎好营，真是意外满满的一天呢。

DAY4：热梯河谷营地（4180米）-拉普垭口（4970米）-格木村（3980米）
徒步路程：16公里
徒步时间：11个小时
海拔上升：790米
海拔下降：990米
营地左边就是今天上山的路，拔营出发后要走6公里左右才到拉普垭口，下垭口后到格木村再继续走10公里。最开始会先走一公里左右的原始森林，之后就来到了高山草甸，一直到垭口下方，整条河谷都开满了各种颜色的野花。期间还会脱鞋过一条河，因为雨季的原因，河水上涨比较厉害，第一次脱鞋过河，脚都快冻到没有知觉。
过河以后有一大片草甸，可以当做备选营地，
还有垭口下面的峡谷里也有草甸可以当做备选营地，营地离垭口越近，第二天爬升就越轻松。

垭口下面开满鲜花的河谷

原始森林之后一路缓上坡到垭口下面的河谷，中午就吃点简单的路餐外加休息晒帐篷，之后的几公里就陡上坡到垭口，重装爬坡基本上一个小时只能走一公里，一路走走停停等队友，到垭口时已经下午2：30，终于把背了几天的雪碧喝掉了。翻过垭口下到谷底会有2家牧民，再往前走几百米还有几家，这里有草甸，也可以当做营地。
这里离格木村还有8公里，都是下坡和平路，不过走起来还是非常累，因为前面爬垭口消耗了太多体力。快到格木村时终于有了信号，打电话让村里的平措开车来接我们，今天晚上就住他家，价格很便宜，人也非常实在。
